As part of the Airport’s Arts & Culture program, the first art exhibition of 2020 features original works of prints, paintings, photography and mixed media created by local artists and photographers.

Jared Barbeck’s woodblock prints express an environmental message about a profound love of the natural world and an appreciation of its plants and animals.  Printmaker Nick Spohrer’s narrative work on Japanese paper is infused with themes of desire, longing, loneliness, and searching.  A collection of paintings and collages by Zach Bohny offers a different viewing experience informed by language, pattern and street art.  Donna Hopson’s photo-to-fabric transfers of Frida Kahlo adorned with vibrant colors and textures celebrate the admired painter through a mixed media Frida Kahlo doll series.

Additional gallery areas feature photography by Spectrum Art Gallery members.
