About FATforward
Fresno Yosemite International Airport’s multi-year expansion program, which will allow the airport to accommodate anticipated leisure and business travel growth in the years ahead, officially launched in September 2020 with the groundbreaking of the 4-level parking garage. FATforward, as the program is known, will also include a new terminal wing, expanded checkpoint and a new station to welcome international arrivals along with a waiting area. The airport expansion will offer an even better airport experience with more space, more parking and more amenities to welcome travelers. Additionally, the FATforward initiative ensures that the Fresno airport remains a vital part of the region’s growing economy and a source of civic pride in our community.
